02. Geolocation & Logistics Logic

Our platform utilizes geolocation services to calculate the distance between your provided address and our nearest active distribution depot. This data is processed in real-time to determine delivery eligibility and to calculate the distance-based logistics fee. We do not track your location in the background or store a history of your movements beyond the delivery destination.

03. Secure Payment Processing

Financial transactions are handled exclusively by **Paystack**, our third-party payment gateway. Petrocam does not store, see, or process your credit card numbers or banking credentials on our internal servers. All sensitive data is encrypted via Paystack’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

04. Automated Notifications

By placing an order, you consent to receive automated operational communications. This includes order confirmation emails, administrative alerts, and dispatch notifications sent via email or WhatsApp Business. These communications are strictly functional and relate only to the status of your gas delivery.

We retain your order history to provide customer support and comply with South African financial auditing requirements. We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
