01. Digital Logistics Framework

Petrocam operates a digital logistics platform providing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) distribution. By placing an order, you acknowledge that our service utilizes geolocation and automated management commands to determine delivery eligibility and scheduling based on your distance from our active depots.

02. Cylinder Exchange & Deposit Policy

• New Purchase: Includes a mandatory refundable cylinder deposit plus the gas fill cost.
• Refill: Only applicable for customers who already own a compatible Petrocam-approved cylinder. No deposit is charged.
• Swap (Metal to Composite): A "Trade-In Credit" is applied only when a qualifying empty metal cylinder is exchanged for a new composite unit. Petrocam technicians reserve the right to reject any trade-in cylinder that shows signs of excessive corrosion, structural damage, or unauthorized modification.

03. Scheduling & Public Holiday Rules

Our dispatch system automatically generates delivery slots for a rolling 7-day window. In compliance with South African labor and safety regulations, the system automatically suppresses slot generation for national public holidays. Orders cannot be fulfilled on these dates, and the digital calendar will reflect zero availability.

04. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions are processed via the **Paystack** secure gateway. Orders are only moved to "PAID" status upon receipt of a successful transaction signal from the gateway. We do not provide gas on credit; full payment must be verified before the delivery slot is finalized in our logistics portal.

05. Industrial Safety Disclaimer

LPG is a hazardous substance. Petrocam is responsible for the safe delivery of cylinders to the verified destination. Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for the safe storage and connection of the cylinder. Petrocam is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of equipment by the customer or third-party contractors.
